As part of my coaching school studies, I have been practicing a form of meditation called centering. I must admit its pretty difficult! By the time I’m successful in fully removing all thoughts from my mind I end up falling asleep! I suppose that my mind and body is thankful for the rest, but I just can’t help but think that I am doing it wrong. I don’t think meditating is supposed to be the same thing as a nap.
