A few weeks ago I tried oysters for the very first time at Brine. I was a little nervous — they are funny looking little suckers! However, the staff were super helpful and the head chef came over to show me all the different types of oysters, what kinds of sauces were best, and thankfully looked away as a I attempted to slurp down my first one in a ladylike manner! The night was a complete success! I loved the oysters, although a bit shocked at how salty they were, and finished the night with a glass of prosecco.
