After shopping at Bobbles and Lace, we headed down State Street to a few other stops including Best of British. Importer of some fine British goods (as well as some Scottish and Irish!) they have the best selection of teas, Hunter boots, Barbour coats & hats, Mason Pearson brushes, and more.
A huge selection of tea and other British jams, cookies, crackers and canned goods
Anyone need a tea cozy? Best of British has the cutest selection of teacups, egg cups and tea cozies
Toast and marmalade is totally my favorite food too.
Just a matter of time before I pick up a pair of these baby Hunters!
During my shopping day at Best of British I picked up a few ounces of tea… an apricot flavored tea, and an vanilla caramel flavored tea. I can’t wait to try them out, especially iced! For the best selection of British imports, head up to Best of British in Newburyport!
Back to my weekend with Newburyport Development and The Boston Fashionista, after yoga class at Riverside Yoga, our first shopping stop was Bobbles and Lace. With other Northshore locations in Marblehead and Portsmouth, Bobbles and Lace is once of my favorite shops! Their stock is constantly changing — new things are in the store every time I visit! Just the other day I picked up a super soft jersey shirt in a black and grey ombré, as well as a cream tank for my upcoming trip to Saratoga. Here are a few snaps from their adorable Newburyport shop!
Check out their website to shop online or find a Bobbles and Lace near you! Remember that they are always changing their stock to bring in fabulous new items… so don’t hesitate when you find something you love!!
I loved the decor inside — uncluttered and very zen!
It was such great class! Our instructor, Emma, was awesome and even though it was a slow flow class I definitely got a great workout. I was so sore the next day! After yoga I changed and headed off for an afternoon of shopping… stay tuned to see where we went!
These pictures were taken on the night before the first day of Yankee Homecoming in Newburyport! Its technically my first Yankee Homecoming so I am SO excited to take part in all of the festivities — shopping, float parade, market days, lighted boat parade, fireworks, concerts, and more!
Firmoo sent me these chic sunglasses — a mix of the classic Wayfarer style and a cat eye. I can definitely see these being a staple this summer!
Last week it was so hot and humid that one night we escaped our 98 degree house for any restaurant in town with an air conditioner (and some sauvignon blanc). We found ourselves in Brown Square right across the street from City Hall and ducked into David’s. It was pretty quiet and we lingered at the bar for awhile racing each other at 7 Little Words before heading home.
