On Monday, I had the pleasure of attending my first Boston Bloggers event at Scampo in the Liberty Hotel. It was such a fun night connecting with different bloggers from the area! There were some who I had met/seen before at Blog Better Boston, but most of them I had not met yet, and had only been following them via their blogs and on Twitter. There were also some completely new faces and I am super excited to check out all of their blogs!
I decided to get all dressed up for the event in my Banana Republic fur coat, J.Crew cabernet Minnie pants, an old H&M peplum top, J.Crew Factory necklace and my Sole Society Margie heels. I topped everything off with Nars Scarlet Empress lipstick, my brand new Moo.com business cards and a Rebecca Minkoff Mini Mac. The only downer of the night was the $20 parking and 40 minute drive home— I MUST move back to the city ASAP!
I love the Mini Mac! Its pretty versatile– you can double up the strap to make it shorter, use it long and cross-body, or take it off completely and use it as a clutch. I considered purchasing it in black, but I fell in love with this deep burgundy color when I saw it!

$20 for parking! Ugh! I called and asked the hotel and they said it was $25 and I didn’t want to chance it on street parking so I took the T. It was such a fun event! So nice meeting you.
I know! I parked at the hospital which was convenient because it was right next door, but $20 eek! I can’t wait to move back to Boston!
